About The Academy
The Saudi Academy of Civil Aviation (SACA) is the leading academic and training arm in the civil aviation sector
in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was established in 1962 as a technical training institute and underwent
a strategic transformation in 2007, becoming a specialized academy aimed at qualifying human capital and
supporting the air transport industry in accordance with the highest international standards.
The Academy is committed to developing competencies through specialized training programs and high-quality courses that
enhance technical and leadership skills. It also provides internationally accredited examinations, such as
language proficiency tests for aircrew and firefighting examinations.
The Academy comprises four specialized training centers:
- Air Navigation Services and English Language Proficiency Training Center
- Fire and Rescue Training Center
- Airport Operations and Aviation Safety Training Center
- Aviation Security Training Center
The Academy continues to drive innovation and training, reflecting its vital role in enhancing the competitiveness of
the Saudi aviation sector and achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
